Registrations are taken on a first come,first serve basis. Registration will not be accepted the first day at the program site.  Insufficient program registration is a cause for cancellation & all program dates and location on subject to change. We reserve the right to change or limit sign up time and number of participants to provide you with quality programming

Payment: Please make checks payable to Indiana Area Recreation.
Do not mail cash!!! Cash is only accepted at the Recreation Office. Residents from outside the Indiana School District will be assessed a $10.00 out of district fee, in addition to the program fee.

Refund Policy: Full refunds are given only if a program is filled or cancelled. A refund, less a $5.00 administrative charge and (if applicable) is only given prior to the second meeting of the program. You may also receive a full credit towards any of our other programs, in the amount of the credit. If you were to choose a credit, you will receive a notification in the mail. After the second meeting of the program, No REFUNDS or CREDIT will be issued.

Notification: No confirmation notices will be sent. All registrations submitted to the office should be considered accepted. You should attend the program as scheduled. You will be notified if any problems occur.

Weather Cancellations
: If inclement weather occurs on a day when a program is scheduled, an announcement will be made in the schools if it occurs before 2:30PM. If the Indiana Area School District cancels school to inclement weather the Recreations office will be closed and all programs and activities will be canceled

Standard Fees: All programs will have an early registration discount, if not met by the deadline, the standard registration fee must be paid.
(Exceptions to this policy may occur in some of our programs.) A $2.00 discount will apply if a second child is registered for the program
