Advisory
Council
The
Alliance for Business and Education Leadership (A.B.E.L.) established
an Advisory Council to operate in conjunction with the Leadership Board. This council brings together educational
leaders and business professionals who share ideas and provide professional
expertise and input for project development and implementation.
They are invited to attend all monthly Leadership Board meetings,
but attend quarterly joint meetings of the Leadership Board and
Advisory Council.
The
Advisory Board is comprised of members representing the Indiana
Area School District, ICCCC, local government and the Workforce
Investment Board. The council advises the Leadership Board on direction
and opportunities that support the A.B.E.L. mission and suggests
new initiatives and resources that support Board programs and initiatives.
The
Indiana County Partnership Compact Agreement has been used as a
model for several Partnerships across the state of PA.
